“城村计划”是由总策划人周红玫召集，都市实践作为总策展执行的一项城市策展实践。涵盖城市研究、城市设计与策展提案、试点实施、范例推广四个阶段，集策划、设计、运营全过程整合。“城村计划”采用城市策展模式介入旧城更新，在现行政策和规则下尝试打破僵硬的管理边界 ，寻找精准的突破机会。进而通过展览媒介，呈现和探讨城市问题，公开展示解决方案，以充分考虑专业研判和公众意见，从而确立更为均衡的价值评价体系、引进更为全面的专业资源和公众参与、形成更为强大的创新动力。

城村计划的logo是城字及村字的重合，村字在城字中，表达出“城中村”这一城市形态的地理
属性

城村计划的主形象logo由“城”字组成外围的图形边界，中心填充“村”字完成。城中有村，村在城中，表达出“城中村”这一城市形态的地理属性。城市的边界较为模糊，因为大城市的边界一般难以被市民界定和识别，所以“城”字只有一个较为模糊的边界。但城中村的边界确有明确的识别——牌坊、围墙、建筑形成的边界等，所以“村”字是清晰的。这样的城村字的识别关系，也体现出“城村”的城市学关系。

城和村的形态都是不固定的，所以我们也在衍生中表达城村可以互相拉伸、重复、并置的图形设计，以表达出城村、城中村关系的多元变化。让观众可以从主形象中，体会到城村的图像、地理关系。

The "URBAN VILLAGE PROJECTS" was convened by Zhou Hongmei, the general planner, and the urban practice was taken as a Xiangcheng City exhibition practice implemented by the general curator. Covering four stages of urban research, urban design and curation proposals, pilot implementation, and example promotion, it integrates the entire process of planning, design, and operation. The "URBAN VILLAGE PROJECTS" adopts an urban curatorial model to intervene in the renewal of old cities, attempting to break through rigid management boundaries and find precise breakthrough opportunities under current policies and rules. Furthermore, through exhibition media, urban issues are presented and explored, and solutions are publicly displayed to fully consider professional judgment and public opinions, thus establishing a more balanced value evaluation system, introducing more comprehensive professional resources and public participation, and forming a stronger innovation drive.

The main image logo of URBAN VILLAGE PROJECTS consists of the character "city" forming the peripheral graphic boundary, and the center is filled with the character "village" to complete. There is a village in the city, which expresses the geographical attribute of the urban form of "village in the city". The boundaries of cities are relatively vague, as the boundaries of large cities are generally difficult to define and recognize by citizens, so the word 'city' only has a relatively vague boundary. However, the boundaries of villages in the city are clearly identified - memorial archway, walls, boundaries formed by buildings, etc., so the word "village" is clear. The recognition relationship between urban and rural characters also reflects the urban relationship of "urban and rural".

The forms of cities and villages are not fixed, so we also express the graphic design of cities and villages that can stretch, repeat, and juxtapose each other in derivatives to express the diverse changes in the relationship between cities and villages. Let the audience experience the image and geographical relationship of the city and village from the main image.
